Check Your Insurance Benefits for Acupuncture
I do not bill insurance companies directly, however, I am able to offer you a receipt for your treatment, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement*. I am an out of network provider, so you will need to make sure your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance provider to verify that they accept out of network Acupuncture.
How to Submit an Insurance Claim
Following Treatment, you will receive a Super Bill. A Super Bill is a receipt which includes essential details about your visit, including services received, provider information, and payment details. You can then submit this document to your insurance company for reimbursement. Make sure to call your insurance company and verify the mailing address or fax number for submitting your super bill, and ask whether any other information is needed.
