Paperwork: Please print and fill out the paperwork below and bring it with you on your first visit. If this isn’t possible, no worries! You can fill them out when you arrive.

Arrival: My office is located at 58 N. Main Street in White River Junction. We are at the top of the stairs, on the second level. When you arrive, go through the main doors, up the stairs; then take a seat in the chairs to the left. I will be out to greet you when your appointment starts. Please note: You’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the treatment space. Please reach out if this presents a challenge for you. I offer mobile acupuncture sessions as well.

Cancelation policy:If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the time to someone else. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, there is a $50 fee, though I allow one exception. This fee excludes emergencies. Thank you for understanding.

Payments accepted: Cash, checks, credit card payments, and Venmo are accepted.

Scents and Perfumes: Please refrain from wearing scents, perfumes, or essential oils on your first visit.

Food: Please ensure you have eaten a meal between 1-2 hours before your appointment!

What to wear:Please wear loose-fitting pants that can easily be pulled up to your knees. Many acupuncture points in Five Element Treatments are on your back. I have different sizes of button-up shirts and hospital gowns for you to wear backwards. You're also welcome to bring your own shawl, button-down shirt, or zip-up.
